Terms & Conditions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions: “LIM” refers to the LIM platform, applications, services, brand identity, and all digital infrastructure. “User / Designer” refers to any individual accessing LIM to browse, preview, or use digital assets. “Brand / Partner” refers to companies providing product data or collaborating with LIM. “Assets” refers to digital design files including: 3D models, materials, textures, 2D drawings, metadata, previews, documentation, or related digital content. “Web Version” refers to LIM's online preview environment with no download capability. “Desktop Versions” refers to installed applications (Windows / macOS / Linux) with controlled download access once released.

LIM is a curated, secure environment for hosting, generating, and distributing authentic digital design assets from verified brands. Assets within LIM may be: - Provided directly by brands - Created by LIM - Refined, rebuilt, optimized, or corrected by LIM LIM is not a marketplace and does not sell digital assets. It provides a controlled ecosystem focused on accuracy, authenticity, and protection.

3.1 Brand-Supplied Raw Files Brands retain full ownership of the original raw files they provide to LIM, but do not have the right to publish the file to similar platforms and sites. 3.2 LIM-Created or LIM-Refined Assets Any asset that LIM creates, rebuilds, modifies, optimizes, corrects, converts, re-topologizes, reorganizes, or publishes is considered the exclusive intellectual property of LIM, regardless of the source of the initial data. This includes: - 3D models - Materials and textures - 2D drawings and documentation - Previews and metadata - Any digital format produced through LIM's workflow Brands receive restricted usage rights within the LIM ecosystem only. They do NOT receive: - Ownership rights - Redistribution rights - Resale rights - Licensing rights - Permission to publish LIM-produced content externally

By collaborating with LIM, partner brands agree that: - Assets created by LIM - Assets refined or rebuilt by LIM - Any derivative versions may NOT be shared, posted, licensed, uploaded, sold, or distributed on any external platform providing similar services. This includes: - 3D model libraries - Architectural asset websites - Marketplace platforms - Online repositories - Competitive digital asset services - Third-party agencies or subcontractors Violation of this exclusivity is considered a material breach and may result in: - Immediate termination of cooperation - Removal of all brand assets from LIM - Legal action - Permanent service restrictions

Users may: - Use assets only for professional design projects - Not resell or redistribute assets - Not use assets to train AI systems without written permission - Not publish raw files on public repositories - Not extract, copy, or reverse-engineer protected files - Any misuse results in suspension or termination.

The LIM Web Version allows users to visually explore assets only. No downloads are available LIM does not guarantee prevention of screen capture or technical extraction Older-quality previews do NOT represent full-quality assets Previews grant no license or usage rights Previews may not be redistributed, sold, or used in professional work LIM is not liable for unauthorized extraction of preview content. Full-resolution assets are available only inside secure desktop applications.

Once released, desktop versions will: - Allow downloads only through secure applications - Include access control, license verification, or encryption - Prevent external copying or extraction when possible - Log or track asset usage for security purposes LIM may limit or revoke download access in cases of misuse or security concerns.

LIM has the right to: - Review assets - Improve or refine technical quality - Correct inaccuracies - Request updated data from brands - Publish review notes or quality indicators This is a curation process, not a rating system.

Brands must: - Provide accurate product data - Confirm legal ownership of provided files - Notify LIM of updates or discontinued products - Accept LIM's right to refine or rebuild assets for accuracy LIM is not liable for inaccurate brand data.

Users must: - Provide truthful information - Protect account credentials - Avoid scraping or automated extraction - Use assets ethically and legally

LIM is not responsible for: - Losses caused by misuse - Service interruptions - Errors in brand-provided data - Unauthorized third-party actions - Technical issues outside LIM's control Use of LIM is at the user's discretion.

LIM collects only necessary data for: - Account authentication - Security validation - Service improvement - Data is encrypted and never sold to third parties. Users may request deletion of their data.

LIM may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated conditions.

LIM may suspend or terminate access for: - Security risks - Terms violations - Misuse of assets - Fraudulent activity Users or brands may request account termination.
